Nancy Carol Beebe, mother of A.R., and Steven Sublett, special administrator of A.R.'s estate sued, alleging the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) workers Ann Mar-Mason and Rebecca Fraktman were negligent in their investigation of child abuse allegations involving A.R.'s father. As a result, they claim A.R. was killed by her father.
